Our age 55+ community offers space rental for full-size singlewide and doublewide mobile homes. For a personal tour of Sierra Del Saguaro, stop by seven days a week or call 480-982-2444 for an appointment.
Mobile Home Space Rental Rates per Month
For homes model-year 2008 or later, we offer one year of free rent, with savings applied monthly over the first two years.

Please note the following before completing our message form below.
- Sierra Del Saguaro is an adult-only park (age 55+). The oldest resident per space must be 55+ years of age, and the youngest resident must be 50+ years of age.
- Pets are not allowed.
- $500 deposit is required to reserve a space (not refundable after the first month).
- Copies of the resident's driver's license and title of the mobile home are required.
- Mobile homes must be management approved.
- A tenant may be required to upgrade the mobile home, such as painting, before moving the home into the park.
